By placing an order with Purely Baskets & Blooms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

• All orders must be placed through our website or approved communication channels.
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

• Each arrangement is uniquely designed. While we aim to match the photos and descriptions as closely as possible, variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of flowers and seasonal availability.
• Floral designs are created based on overall style, color palette, and value rather than exact flower replication.

• Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and market conditions.
• If specific flowers are unavailable, out of season, or unsuitable due to quality concerns, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall look, style, and color scheme of the arrangement.
• Substitutions will always be made with care and professionalism to ensure the highest quality result.

• Delivery dates are selected by the customer. While we make every effort to deliver on the requested date, unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, supply delays) may affect timing..
• Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.

• Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations or changes requested within 24 hours of delivery may not be accommodated and are non-refundable.

• All sales are final. Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases where the product arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.
• Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo documentation.

• Flower longevity varies based on environmental conditions and care. We are not responsible for flowers once they have been delivered and accepted.

Purely Baskets & Blooms shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, reactions related to flower allergies or sensitivities, as well as any outcomes beyond our reasonable control once the arrangement has been delivered and accepted.
